Event Details

With the state election just weeks away, it's important to recognise the power that each vote will have on the future of our region. In a state election, we are voting for the representatives of our region will make critical decisions on issues such as health, education, transport, housing, and law enforcement—all of which directly affect our lives and the local business environment.

The Townsville Chamber of Commerce, as an independent voice representing the business community, is uniquely placed to host the Meet the Candidates Breakfast on Friday 11th October at The Ville. This event offers a platform for attendees to hear directly from candidates running for the seats of Townsville, Mundingburra, Thuringowa, and Hinchinbrook.

We invite you to reply to this email with questions you would like to see asked on the day. This is your chance to engage with the people who could lead our state and to better understand the policies that will shape our community.

We encourage everyone to attend, meet the candidates, ask questions and make your vote count in shaping the future leadership of Queensland.
